Filled with lupins and perfect to warm your bed on cold nights or use as a heat pack for aching muscles. Place in the microwave in 1 min increments (check heat) max 2 mins, to use as a heat pack (we suggest also placing a cup of water in the microwave to prevent burning). Made from 100% duck weave cotton.
Do not overheat.
Can also be placed in the freezer to use as a cold pack.
